Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your NAS device to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all power cables, drive trays, and documentation to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
